Muestras de color // Color samples

Bueno, sigo haciendo cosas y veo mejoras muuuy sutiles que igualmente me ponen muy feliz! :-)

Lo último que estuve probando es la MUESTRA DE COLOR
Por qué? básicamente me harté de cagar dibujos que estaban listos para pintar. Esto pasaba porque quería arriesgar y probar colores, pero los decidía al momento de pintar sobre el dibujo"BIEN", logrado después de mucho trabajo *emoji con la gotita de sudor en la frente*. Si uno no es un genio absoluto con tooda la experiencia en colores, seguramente no funcione, o funcione de pedo (muy poco probable). Hubo al menos tres dibujos que me encantaban antes de colorear, y después de colorear ya no me gustaban o los veía peores que antes.
Éste es un ejemplo de un coloreado q no funcionó.

Pero siguiendo a creadores geniales como Frannerd, decidí tomar en cuenta los consejos que daba sobre colores. Fran dice que es muy positivo hacer muestras de color antes de colorear algo. Pero claro, también es un montón de trabajo extra que solía darme muchísima paja/weba/flojera/etc. Bueno, ya no. AHORA LO HAGO! jkajkkjkajj. Lo hice para tres imágenes hasta ahora y me sirvió muchísimo, aunque como todavía no tengo suficiente práctica, hacer los dibujitos en miniatura para probar colores me cuesta horrores y generalmente quedan muy deformes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ pero lo importante es conseguir combinaciones de colores que realmente me gusten, y de a poco lo voy logrando.

Este post es para dejar por escrito que HACER procesos largos y pesados REALMENTE PAGA, con el beneficio extra de aprender aún más de los (muchos) errores que tengo en el proceso de (en este caso) buscar colores indicados para mis imágenes.

Ok, so I keep making stuff and noticing veeery subtle improvements that make me very happy! :-)

My latest (and ongoing) test are COLOR SAMPLES
Why? basically I was tired of the illustrations that I fucked up with colors. This happened because I really wanted to try out and experiment with different color combinations, but I made those  experiments on the ACTUAL.GOOD.DRAWING I finished after a lot of hustle *sweatdrop emoji*
So if one is not an absolute color expert genius, it probably won't work out. There were at least three illustrations that I felt like I screwed up when coloring. Here  you have an example.

But following the tips and advices of awesome creators like Frannerd, I decided to actually put into practice one of those tips (color sampling). But of course, this is suchhhhh a hustle and a lot of extra work that used to make me feel like.. NAH MAN, NO FUCKING WAY LOL
Well, NOT ANYMORE! ahhahhaha 
I did it for three illustrations so far and it helped a lot, even though I'm such a newbie and my little drawings to test color are terrible ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but the important thing here is to get better color combinations that I actually like for my illustrations and I'm slooowly getting there :-)

So this post is to leave testimony that really DOING long, hard process actually PAYS OFF, with the extra benefits of learning from my (many) mistakes.

About drawing so far

Hey guys! (or myself) I'm here today againnn
another monday in our lives, right? shit
But I don't have time for complaining NO MO, because time is money and money is what I need now so I'll try to use every boring monday to get better at what I enjoy doing (pictures)
I'm very happy bc on saturday I managed to get a DECENT LOOKING drawing of my boo! third time is a charm MY DICK'S TIP, because I've made like TEN drawings of him so far.
I'll keep trying until I get it ABSOLUTELY RIGHT

Ok so... I've been working on some fun sketches too (they are on instagram if you want to check them out) but today I want to show you another process which is not finished yet but I'll show you how I'm doing so far. The girl I drew this time is a korean fashion model, Seon Hwang. The picture is from 2014. Ok she's beautiful of course, and my drawing is ok, but don't look much as her. You know I try and try but to make it look exactly exactly the same you have to be like super super skilled bc the differences sometimes are made by FUCKING MINI INCHES!! >:@
so please don't be so harsh with me if you don't see her here at all :-)

- This time I was less idiotic and took more pictures so you can see it from scratch. Next week I'll show the finished version! (If it's finished) lol

Pero ya no tengo tiempo para QUEJARME, porque el tiempo es dinero y dinero es lo que necesito ahora así que mejor uso cada día para mejorar en lo que me gusta hacer (imágenes)

Estoy muy feliz porque el sábado logré sacar un dibujo BASTANTE DECENTE de mi novio! La tercera es la vencida LA PUNTA DE MI CHOTA, porque ya tengo hechos como diez dibujos de él y todos son una mierda.

Igual pienso seguir intentando hasta que lo saque.

Ok así que.. estuve haciendo varios dibujitos (están publicados en instagram por si los quieren ver) pero hoy quiero MOSTRAROS (ah) otro proceso que aún no está terminado pero les voy a mostrar lo que tengo hecho hasta ahora. La chica que “retraté” esta vez es una modelo koreana, Seon Hwang. La foto es de 2014.

Y bueno, es hermosa OBVIO y mi dibujo está.. bien pero no se parece mucho a ella. Saben que intento intento y me quemo las pestañas intentando que se parezcan pero hay que ser (parece) una especie de Dios porque a veces las diferencias las hacen unos PUTOS MILÍMETROSS!! >:@

Voy a empezar por mostrarles mi último trabajo, el proceso. Es un... bueno, es un dibujo en base a una foto que encontré en Pinterest JAJ TÍPICO
Después busqué bien quién era la modelo de la foto, era Natalie Westling QUÉ HERMOSURAAA !! Estoy segura que voy a hacer más imágenes basadas en esta hermosura colorada porque ME ENCANTÓ ESTA CHICA! es tan perfecta y expresiva en sus fotos (ah, si alguien sabe de más gente así, modelos o gente en instagram que son expresivas para las fotos por favor díganmeloo porque me encanta dibujarlos)
